Nestled in the heart of Worcestershire, More than Cocoa was born from a lifelong love of chocolate and confectionery. With my French heritage and over 37 years of life in the UK, I bring a wealth of experience and passion to crafting truly exceptional treats.

From the bustling kitchens of fine dining, to the world of      specialty food retail - I’ve spent decades mastering my craft, working with the finest ingredients and collaborating with   talented chefs and artisan producers. 

For me, quality isn’t  optional – it’s essential. No shortcuts, no compromises – just handcrafted creations made with care and precision.

During the quiet of the COVID lockdowns, I reconnected with my passion for chocolate-making. Once the world reopened, I    travelled across the UK and Europe, learning from industry        experts and refining my skills. This journey inspired me to          establish my artisan business - operating from a dedicated and well-equipped chocolate room.
